The four seasons that come back every year rich our life with beautiful landscapes that enrich our lives. In the spring, the rich and deep pinked azalea in the mountains convey the fragrance of spring along with green sprout and in the summer, cool breeze and sunshine comes through the leaves of deep green trees.

 

 

 

In the autumn, various colors cover all the mountains. The gingko leaves embroidered the land give different depth of time came from spring and summer that is different from dandelion under the fence of spring. In the winter, in the backyard with a white landscape, red Persimmon and green bamboo leaves were left for magpie on autumn days. Throughout the year and 52 weeks, nature has changed its color every time, from the spring day where all things revive and the winter day which warmly envelops the boughs. The old ancestors seeking the meaning in nature and things around us have put our spirit and thoughts into color.

 

 

 

 

 

 

It is called Saek-dong that comprises of total of 52 colors derived from 5 colors representing five orientations. Saek-dong can be found in our clothes and fabric covers and dining table. The wisdom and spirit of our ancestors created a beauty after the abundance of the colors. We wanted to convey the sincerity that we made with thin and fine piece of thread together and made the saek-dong jeogori. The threads were gathered together and tied with a solid knot. The knot varies depending on the form and the pattern that is filled with wisdom, and the wishes for the prosperity and peace of the house of family.
