食  Food Culuture Project 03.  Kimchi 

 

This project, which started as part of the Korean Food Culture Project, started with the theme of kimchi made from one year of farming.

Documentary film 

 

 

 

 

 

As part of the Korean Food Culture Project, we went to Sancheong to film a kimchi documentary that is being produced.

Sancheong kimchi is made with cabbage grown on the 500m highland of Jirisan Mountain, 

which is said to be a wise person when a foolish person stays in the southern peak of the 5th peak of Silla at a height of 1915m.
