This project formed the award ceremony space in Seoul 284 based on theme of tradition and regeneration, which is the sense of this place and value of modernity.
Fenomeno led the creation and production of installations for this event.

Hosted by the Korea Craft & Design Culture Promotion Institute and sponsored by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, produced and directed installations and display facility for the 2015 Korea Public Design Awards.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The venue for the awards ceremony was 284 Seoul Culture Station, which was formerly used as Seoul Station in the past, but was now given a new function as a multi-cultural space. It is a place where the space was recycled focusing on regeneration, not development. In order to benefit both social members of the public design and the symbol of regeneration in this place, we developed and directed the installation of the awards ceremony by emphasizing natural raw material that can be regenerated.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In expressing the text, we took formative motifs from our traditional curtain and created an exhibition hall so that we could talk about the spirit of tradition.
